To maintain optimal oral health between visits, brush your teeth twice daily with a fluoride toothpaste, floss daily, and use an alcohol free mouthwash. Maintain a balanced diet, limit sugary and acidic foods and drinks, and attend regular check-ups and cleanings every 3 or 6 months at rootworks dentistry.
